CERAMIC MEMBRANES
We offer ceramic membranes for the cross-flow filtration of a liquid feed from laboratory scale to the pilot plant and production scale. High chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance, combine the advantages of ceramic membranes for your application. - High flux in a wide range of cut-off (1.4 micron to 1000 Dalton) for the microfiltration and ultrafiltration - Heat Sanitizable: no temperature limitation for sanitization and sterilization - Oxidation resistant: sanitizable with common chemical sanitization agents - Long operating life. |

tubular membranes
Ceramic tubular membranes are available with a diameter of 10 mm or 25 mm and a lenght of 1000 mm or 1200 mm. The surface of membrane is optimized by using multi-channels elements with non circular channels. |

ceramic membranes
Aluminium Oxide (Al2O3), Titanium Oxide (TiO2), Zircomium Oxide (ZrO2): All of these materials are FDA-listed in 21 CFR Part 11 for suitability in Food and Pharmaceutical processes. The membrane is built by deposition of metal oxide layers (TiO2, ZrO2) on an alumina porous support tube. |

modules
Stainless steel modules with materials certification and USDA conformity certificates. Seals design and materials have been selected to comply with all requirements of the Biotech, Food and Pharma industries. The modules are avalable with flange-, clamp- or screw-clamp connections. |
